Not many resorts have any Sales & Marketing and quite a lot of resorts will ask for a considerable sum of to take you out of your commitment in the region of £1,500 – £2,500 they then become club owned weeks used as rental weeks. Club owned weeks are a priority when resorts get a sale and your re-sale week becomes secondary. Some resorts are very good because they have sold out club weeks and find it easier to sell owners weeks.

The above mentioned is some of the reasons why owners find it difficult and that’s the reason we have decided to help you without incurring extra cost by way of commission, we will only ask you for an upfront Fee of £50.00 to advertise your week on this website and this fee also helps us to expose this website.
